At Myia Cosmetics, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong, damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please contact us and we will do our best to put it right.
This policy explains returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged parcels and faulty items.

Your right to cancel
If you buy from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
Once you tell us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.
To cancel, please email myiacosmetics@outlook.com with your name, order number and a clear message saying you wish to cancel your order.
This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be:
Unused
Unopened
In the original packaging
In a resaleable condition
Returned with any labels, seals, instructions and packaging intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bath and body products unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Bath bombs
Bath fizz
Bath crumble
Bath salts
Bath potions
Bath dust
Gift sets containing bath/body products
Items that cannot be returned for change of mind
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:
Opened bath or body products
Used bath or body products
Personalised items
Custom-made items
Made-to-order items
Items damaged after delivery because of misuse, incorrect storage, or failure to follow instructions
Items returned without contacting us first
This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at myiacosmetics@outlook.com.
Please include:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A photo of the packaging
A short explanation of the issue
If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution. This may be a replacement, refund, or another resolution depending on the situation and stock availability.
Bath bomb damage note
Bath bombs and bath products can be fragile. We pack orders carefully, but small chips, cracks, dusting, or minor cosmetic marks may happen during delivery.
Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect the use of the product may not qualify for a full refund.
If an item arrives badly broken, unusable, leaking, or clearly damaged, please contact us with photos and we will review it.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
If your return is accepted, we will tell you where to send it and what to include in the parcel.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will review the issue and confirm the return or replacement process.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or receiving proof that you have returned them.
Your bank, card provider, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, Shop Pay or other payment provider may take extra time to show the refund in your account.
Delivery costs
If you cancel your full order within your cancellation period, we will refund the standard delivery cost where required by law.
We do not refund extra delivery upgrades, such as express delivery, if you chose a more expensive delivery option.
If only part of an order is returned, delivery costs may not be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges because stock may be limited, seasonal, or handmade in small batches.
If you want a different item, the fastest option is usually to return the eligible item and place a new order.
Order changes and cancellations before dispatch
If you need to change or cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will do our best to help.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to follow the returns process above.
Refused or uncollected parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, uncollected, or the delivery details were incorrect, we will contact you once it arrives back with us.
Additional postage may be required to resend the order.
If a refund is agreed, original delivery costs may be deducted where allowed.
Allergies and sensitivities
Ingredients are listed on product packaging and/or product listings where applicable.
Please check ingredients carefully before purchase and before use.
If you or the intended user has allergies, sensitive skin, a skin condition, or any concerns about ingredients, please do not use the product until you have checked the ingredients and sought suitable advice where needed.
We cannot accept returns of opened or used products due to personal preference, scent preference, colour preference, or sensitivity unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Product colour, scent and handmade variation
Many Myia Cosmetics products are handmade or produced in small batches.
This means colour, shape, finish, weight, decoration, scent strength, and appearance may vary slightly between batches.
Screen settings, lighting and photography may also affect how colours appear online.
Small variations do not make a product faulty.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
You are entitled to goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.
