2. About our products
Myia Cosmetics sells handmade bath, body and home-fragrance products.
Our bath products are designed for external use only. They are not food and must not be eaten.
Unless stated otherwise, children’s bath products are suitable for children aged 3+ with adult supervision.
Because our products are handmade in small batches, colours, shapes, finish, fizz, scent strength, packaging and appearance may vary slightly from the photos shown. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product.
3. Product information
We do our best to make sure product descriptions, prices, ingredients, images and availability are accurate. However, small errors may occasionally occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, withdraw products or cancel orders where necessary.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, device settings or batch variation.
4. Safety information
Please read all product labels, ingredients and safety information before use.
Our products are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Bath products may make the bath slippery, so please take care and rinse the bath after use.
Products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from moisture and out of reach of children and pets.

Ingredients and fragrance allergens are listed on product pages and/or product labels where applicable.
If you or the intended user has allergies, sensitive skin, eczema, asthma, fragrance sensitivity or any medical concern, please check the ingredients carefully before purchase and use.
We cannot guarantee that any product is suitable for every individual.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket.
Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an error, stock issue, payment problem, suspected fraud, incorrect address, or any other reasonable issue affecting fulfilment.
7. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP.
Payment must be made at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
8. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom unless stated otherwise.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, seasonal launches, made-to-order periods or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery costs and available options are shown at checkout.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
For most online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Products must be returned unused, unopened, in their original condition and with any seals or packaging intact where applicable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of bath, body or cosmetic products that have been opened, used or unsealed after delivery, unless they are faulty.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and checked, or once you provide evidence of return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
10. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at myiacosmetics@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review the problem and offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund or partial refund where appropriate.
11. Personalised or custom items
Personalised, custom-made or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
12. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes, offers and promotions are subject to availability and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time.
Discount codes cannot usually be used with other offers unless stated.
Promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
