Shipping policy
At Myia Cosmetics, we aim to get your bath time magic packed and posted as quickly as possible.
We are a small UK family-run business, and every order is packed with care.
Processing times
Ready-to-ship items are usually processed within 1–3 working days.
Made-to-order, personalised, seasonal, or high-demand items may take up to 5–7 working days to process before dispatch.
During busy periods, launches, school holidays, Christmas, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will always do our best to keep you updated.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
UK delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
Standard UK delivery is usually estimated at 2–4 working days after dispatch, depending on the courier.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, bank holidays, or other issues outside our control.
Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
If we offer free delivery promotions, these will be shown on the website or at checkout.
Local delivery or collection
Local delivery or collection may be available in selected local areas around PR4, Preston, Kirkham and surrounding local areas.
If local delivery or collection is available for your order, the option will appear at checkout.
Please make sure your contact details are correct so we can arrange delivery or collection where needed.
Order tracking
If tracking is available for your order, tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
Please allow a little time for tracking links to update after dispatch.
Incorrect delivery details
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible at myiacosmetics@outlook.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update it.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, please contact us at myiacosmetics@outlook.com with your order number.
We will check the delivery status and help resolve the issue.
Please do not panic if your parcel is a little delayed during busy courier periods. We will always try to help.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged packaging
A photo of the damaged item
A short description of the issue
We will review the problem and arrange a suitable solution where appropriate.
Lost parcels
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will arrange either a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and the circumstances.
We are responsible for your order until it reaches you or someone you have nominated to receive it.
Split deliveries
If your order contains multiple items, we may occasionally send them in separate parcels.
You will not be charged extra postage if we decide to split your order.
Pre-orders and made-to-order items
If you order a pre-order, personalised, seasonal, or made-to-order item, the estimated processing time will be shown on the product page where possible.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may be sent together once all items are ready, unless we agree otherwise.
International delivery
At the moment, we currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
If international delivery becomes available, delivery options, costs, and estimated times will be shown at checkout.
Customers outside the UK may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs.
